HCV2 Pg 121 Q 19
Find the speed of the electron in the ground state of a hydrogen atom.
What I have done is that I have equated centripetal force of the electron with the electrostatic force. But still I'm not able to get the right answer.

Re: HCV2 Pg 121 Q 19
well I don’t there is anything special in this question . Once u know the electrostatic force (in bohr’s mdel) then u have equate it to mv^2/r. U know the radius to be 0.53 angstrom. then solve for v. Maybe u did a computation mistake
---Hope this helps
